I think if Gomez comes to Bayern, Podolski would be leaving us. As many has suggested that Forentina or Man City would be his next destination. But Podolski played a superb game for German National Team yesterday. So I am not sure if we really want to get Gomez for Podolski.
On Hleb, there is reasonably truth that Klinsman would be interested in him, since he loves fast pace football. And Hleb is a fast pacy guy and he can also play on the right hand side. But Bayern will have to battle it out with Barcelona.
On the other hand, I think Bayern should consider Moutinho. He played a great for Portugal against Turkey. He is a fast pace midfielder and is able to provide creativity to the strikers.

I think Hleb is closer since Barcelona should have already signed him if the rumor was true, but seems like Barcelona has also finished their shoppings for their season. Beside, heard Bayern is also very interested in Mutu and Belluschi. Either Hleb, Gomez, Mutu or Belluschi, they are all attacking players. Seems like Bayern board is looking for a fourth striker and an attacking midfielder/winger.

Nice, if we get Hleb, that would be enough, if we get Gomez too that would be good, and if Poldi stays that would be great! What a team then, surely a team that can be at least in the semi-finals of Champions League...

Barcelona is pretty much done for its transfer apparently, unless Deco and Ronaldino are sold, otherwise, no new players are expected to join them. I think there is reasonable chance that Hleb will join us.
Gomez? do we really need him? Not really. We have already had Podolski, Toni and Klose. But I guess if Klinsman wants Gomez, he might sell Schweinstger to Juventus in exchange for Thiago in defence. Podolski can play as a left winger/midfielder.

matakos : Thiago isnt a typical defensive midfielder. I agree with you. He is more or less like Ze Roberto when Thiago was on form. But he played poorly at Juventus and didnt fit their system at all.
Beside, just another note here. Pirlo is planning to look for overseas opportunities. I think Bayern could be high on his wish list as Toni continues to convince his Italian teammates to join us.
