Transfers - suggestions/rumors

  • Other decent options are Ibisevic; Gourcuff; Malouda...

I think after capturing both Olic and Tymoschuk, our next targets should be a right defender and then an attacking midfielder who can play as right winger as well. What will be the best options for both position?

Mine are Rafinha and Yoann Gourcuff. I think Ribery will love to play with Yoann Gourcuff in the middle.

Chrisco, He has 1 house in London, 1 still in Munich,1 in Portugal for vacations and possibly 1 in Sardinia.!

Also Chrisco, would you be happy if Ballack came back to Bayern in the summer? and if not WHY NOT?
-------------------------------------------------------

Wtf? You seem to be proud that he has all those houses? What a shit mentality. And that's why I won't ever see him back in Bayernjersey: he has a shit mentality

  • Gourcouff doesnt want to go back to AC Milan anymore, as he has already stated that the coach hasnt called him once since he loans away from AC Milan. I think he will decide either of staying at Bordeaux or joining a new side.

  • mhh..let her be with the ballack = barbies "Ken" mentality...i don't give a f*ck..hes not coming here for that blowed up wages hes asking...so...whatever...now

    lets see now:

Schweinstiger being considered as an option is just ridiculus, in my opinion, just becuz of the little detail he hasnt been performing for...how many seasons already (sb..chrisco dear would you mind to tell?)... and that the guy wants to go to the middle is...c'mon!! how can you consider what he wants!!! when where hes asinged to play now with more regularity that he deserves he sux!

Who is your favourite player then wisita? Also Ballack is a better player than everyone in the bayern team except Ribery :)

  • It is true we could loose Ribery because the club hasn't shown any ambition in keeping up with the rest of Europe and signing top talent players. With the current squad Bayern can hardly hold their own against the likes of Manchester United or Chelsea.... And if the club doesn't show an effort to sign great players in order to win the CL. Ribery and others could leave.... simply !

  • chrisco : I have also read that on bild.com. Klinsman can completely understand players menality since he was a worldclass player at his prime time. However, I still doubt the willingness of Hoeness tapping into the market and act massively this summer. So far, we have gotten Olic from free transfer and almost signed Tymoschuk for 15mil Euros. But I am not sure if Hoeness will continue to sign quality if Van Bommel and Ze Roberto extend their contracts. Obviously, Hoeness might sign another right defender as Sagnol is posing retirement. Another signing that Hoeness should pay attention is a right winger or an attacking midfielder. I hope that Hoeness can sign either Malouda or Gourcuff. Either player will help Ribery to stay at Bayern. Beside, this is a great goal from Gourcuff.

  • Beside, Bayern is thinking of getting rid of Lucio in June 2010. What is your view? I hope that he stays with us since he is one of the very best central defenders in the world. I can see that Bayern wants Breno to succeed Lucio by the end of the next season. And probably we might want Hummels back as well. For better, would be it nice for us to sell Lucio by the end of the season and cash in on him?

  • In Line with what Chrisco said, now Lucio is winning that he also wants to leave... There seems to be either an exodus from the team OR this is the style that the players are using to twist the management's arm in order to get what they want !!! hasn't worked so far ! Lucio leaving I won't shed a tear but at least sell him so that he will not go for free like Pizzaro did !

On a different note, Lucio has the right to be angry at only one thing, that he was not considered for captaincy ahead of Van Bommel as seniority was not taken into account when the new captain was picked... !
Moreover, I don't know what Sagnol would have had to say on this same matter if he was able to play, because if i remember correctly, he was promissed captaincy after Kahn when his contract was renewed in 2006 ! LOL !

    Cheers :)

  • @ wisita :
They can promise Schweinsteiger the moon and the stars just to make him sign a contract !!! that really doesn't mean that he will get it. Remember the promisses made for Sagnol when he resigned !!

    @bbj:

Football is a young man's game! I can attest that as I don't run as fast as I did ten years ago :) Having said that, I adore Ze Roberto and think he is among the best players that ever played the game. It is counter intuitive to resign him at such an advanced age when we have a crowded midfield... where you have players like Borowski and Altintop on the bench not being
utilized.... At this moment things look good for Mark and Ze but an injury or a drop in form next season will make them extra weight on the team.
The cycle of life should be accepted and observed, I can go as far
as saying we are selling Podolski (23) when we have Luca and Klose in their thirties....
I don't know if we will live to regret that ?! but with a pampered guy like Podolski I don't anticipate that this would be the case...

Some of the greatest players keep on playing until people get sick
of them and beg them to stop for their own good... I don't wish that to
happen for Ze Roberto (that is my personal view)...
There should always be a cutt off point that a player should observe no
matter what and it is better to leave when one is on top and free your
place on the team for the younger players....

    - Sari

PS: the aquisition of Tymoshuck was completely unnecessary although
he is a combative midfielder because at best it is a very short term solution... that's if it works well.

  • On Lucio, I think Breno has the potential to get better than Lucio. He is definitely more stable than Lucio and has better physical strength. Lucio is still one of the best worldclass central defenders on his good days. However, sometimes he can make silly mistakes even big matches. I think eventually we have to let players come and go. But I hope that we could ask him to stay for 2 more seasons as he does provide stability and experience at the back. But obviously, he wont be guaranteed a starting place like now.

  • lucio says he wants to leave every winter, maybe he has something wrong with snow or rain , he s just one of the best defenders around , u cant just say breno will be better than him , breno takes time to be a pro , lucio already is one , and when playing with demichelis at the back bayern have one of the best back line

  • But if you read through the line, Lucio didnt say that he wants to leave now or the end of the season. Lucio said that Bayern still hasnt given him a contract extension and he expected to leave at June 2010 when his contract expires.
