Transfers - suggestions/rumors

    Bayern lost two of its best players: Ze Roberto and Lucio. Why? Because Van Gaal hates Brazilians. And thus, he replaced them with unexperienced players from Holland. Bayern wants to win the Champions League? It's certainly not with these players!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely True ..... Unfortunately.
    There are things going on in the background.


    Maybe some have different opinions about the sale of players
    (Lucio, Ribery)


    But Bayern are a BIG Family and they will sort things out to the best
    interest of the club :)

    I dont have a good feeling about Van Gaal yet, as transfer markets has shown. Even though we have dominated the Bundesilga transfer market this summer, we didnt sign much of a worldclass player except Tymoshchuk and Gomez. Other players are only qualified to sit on the bench in major clubs in Europe. Beside, Van Gaal also replaced our most experienced players- Lucio and Ze Roberto with some newly established players like Braafheid and Pranjic. I am not sure if we will work out fine again this season

    most certainly it Will be Van Buyten.... otherwise he would have left for
    Marseille ..... he is the more experienced player ... i simply hope that he
    plays on a regular basis in order to build an understanding with Demichelis.

    I think Van Gaal simply will put Demichelis on the rigth central defender position along with Braafheid on the left. Breno and Van Buyten will fight for the spot on the right whereas Badstuber will be on the left

    Basically, i dont think Bayern will sign anymore player except a right defender and Ribery will stay. But with current squad, I really dont know where we are going though. Probably will win the Bundesilga crown back and might get into quarter-final in Champion League again

    Tymoschuk is a better player than Rolfes. I have no doubt about that. But apparently, if we need to safe a spot for Van Bommel in midfield, our team will always lack the creativity that we needed. He has lost so many possession in midfield for the past 2 seasons. Pls. put him as a semi-starter rather than a guarantee starter.

    I agree soccermaniac, but I don't think Ballack will leave chelsea this season as he has just signed a new 1 year deal but he will probably join next season after the 2010 world cup. :D

    I dont think he will ever join us again unless Van Bommel leaves us, b/c we dont need so many central midfielders here. In fact, we need more creativity wingers. For now, we only have Ribery, Sosa, and Pranjic. But both Sosa and Pranjic arent worldclass.

    Bayern keep saying that they are looking for a RB, I think they need to go out and get a world class CB, because van Buyten just is not the answer for a team trying to win the Champions League. I say they move Lahm to RB and put Braafheild at LB, or keep Lahm at LB and have Lell at RB. I also think that if it comes to it that they might put Tymoshchuk at CB, and he could become another Demichelis.


    Really I dont care what they do, as long as it leads to them winning the league and can make it to atleast the semi-finals of the CL.

    We need to sign a worldclass right defender and move Lahm back to the left. Put Demichelis and Braafheid as central defender, otherwise, Badstuber wont be a bad choice either as he has shown experience and talent against HSV and some previous friendly match. For me, I think we could covert Breno into defensive midfielder. His shooting skill looks decent and he can cover many ground. I think we can use him there...

    badstuber justhasnt got expereince enough yet , imagine in CL if for example we are against barca, it will be like when we lost 5-1


    for me the best solution for the back is , lahm, van buyten, demichelis, braafheid then enfore the defenders with a player in front of them which i think should either be tymo or van bommel
