Transfers - suggestions/rumors

  • The Transfer window is going to close. Don't waste any time. Metersacker, Andreas Beck, Schafer, Neuer, Van der Vaart, Hitzlerperger, Ivanovic, Hamburg's Boateng. Pls buy at least 3 of these players if we have to stand a chance of winning the Bundesliga and doing well in the Champions Leauge. Or else we are going to be thrashed even more if we meet Barcelona again.

Effenberg just commented that the team is not the kind of force it was at the start of the decade. We got a new stadium, a fantastic history and we play in the champions leauge. If good players can go to Man City, there will be some could take a pay cut just to play in the champions leauge for a huge club. So Bayern, pls buy esp all those players cause they are good in defence the area we need to strenghten. If Maniz can beat us at their homeground, Real Madrid with Ronaldo, Kaka and Benezma will humliate us by scoring at least 6 goals with the defence we have.

  • I'm sorry to hear about ur injury diesel.

I don't understand why everyone is talking about hoeness and his policies, the guy have been in that position for ages now. and he knows what he's doing!

I think they should make a tv reality show called "Hoeness knows best!"

Bayern shouldn't be sunk in debts like nearly all the the EPL and Spanish teams (especially Real and Valencia).

We don't have to be in a position that sometime we'd be forced to sellout all those important players we have!

and whoever says that Gomez was a failure, I disagree firmly.

because in the past three games, he was the only one moving around (from the defence to the attack)

Seriously, our defence has been poor for almost a decade now after Anderson left in the summer of 2001. I cant imagine if we remain as we are throughout our champaign this year. This could be Ribery's last season with us. And we want to have a better team to compete. I hope that Bayern can sign a right defender, a central defender and a goalkeeper and sell Lell, Breno, and Rensing
-------------------------------------------------------

I agree with you that the defense is a major part of the problem...

But Acctually my friend.... I would like to add to what you said that:
The team's current problems are divided into 4 types:

    1. lack of creativity
    2. a wrong system of play (because we don't have a natural AM and a good DM)
    3. coaching problem, where the coach is still finding his way after 3 bundesliga matches.
    4. A weak defense who's problems are being exposed and magnified due to the lack of coverage from midfield and the lack of physical precense (the number of players) in the center of the midfield because of the current formation used...

    - Should I not forget the useless sensless continuous passing that
is taking place .... where the team is keeping possession and not doing
anythig useful with the ball (i.e. wasting time !!)

    Cheers,
    - Sari

well sari..i must say the defense problems and lack of creativity is sth weve been carrying for long time, before van gaals times... but system..it will take time to make it work..
my point is...the trasnfers policies...thats crucial..and that have been the major problem all the way up to now

  • @groundcero: Quaresma is a great creative option !
Yet it is going to take a miracle to see him or Robben in Bavaria,
    before the close of transfers...
But as the Adidas mantra goes : "Nothing is Impossible" !

    Regards,

  • Apparently, Van Gaal has dropped Van Buyten in the friendly match against Union Berlin and used Breno instead. Maybe we will see Breno featuring against Wolfsburg this weekend. Anyhow, bild.com is saying that Robben is on his way to Bayern before the transfer window closes. Hopefully it will come true!

  • I cant believe Robben is coming to Bayern. With him the team really has the depth to compete in the Bundesliga and the Champions League. I am really excited for this season, and am hoping this week the team gets on their winning ways and catches fire. Lets Go Bayern.

  • WE need Robben and another 2 more quality defenders and a goal keeper. The squad is not complete yet folks. Our Attack line up is great. But our defence needs to be improved!!!!!!

    0

  • I think Robben will bring a lot of quality to this current Bayern squad, but again, our problem is actually our defence so hopefully, Hoeness can sign 1 more defender or goalkeeper to keep this team as balance as it could

  • unlike the news here in the site, it was in the news that the deal was fixed and the price was 25 Million Euros, but didnt say for how long the contract is. i believe he is a great advanced midfielder, or winger, i really like him :) but when can he play next game, this saturday?

    0

  • just now the english site of bayern said that he is in town tonight, seems for negotiations, but i say that he wouldnt come without priliminary approval for the price and for joining us, i think he could go medical checks early tom and sign tom, coz they said he even MAY PLAY WITH BAYERN AGAINST WOLFSBURG THIS SATURDAY! WOW!

Hoeness knows best!!!it sure didnt feel like that mate when barcelona took pity on us and stopped at four in the cl.do you remember la bestia negra now that was a bayern with bollocks spreading fear and earning respect wherever it played.Hoeness recent conservativeness has turned us into a mediocre team.the next time we play against a european bad ass and we open up like a rose bud conceding goals whenever they step on the gas pedal you tell me how financially healthy we are and ill tell you how frieking happy that makes me feel.and if you havent noticed our biggest star wants to leave and wants to go somewhere he might not win it all but at least he wont be humiliated in europe.

First of all I would like to agree with Yohanes that Jurgen Klinsmann was a better Overall fit for this team than Louis Van Gaal is.
And I salute his courage for saying it :)
-------------------------------------------------------

be carefull who you agree with mate you might be asked to leave this forum.lol :D

  • :D neah.. i think you should watch over the past..2 years? and.see why we ask yohann to leave the forum

about robben: if it is true NICE ONE!!

    abotu hoeness:

its not about spending amounts what i criticize about hoeness..i criticize him not spending wisely...if u sum up some players we wont need, or that were overrrated as PODOLSKI ..ull see that is not for me that we turn in to a Real buying every living human.. i mean we buy wisely what we need

instead of gomez, we could have bought a nice defender for example, to fill lell's gap... or..a nice goal keeper... u see what i mean?

we would already have toni, olic and klose, + muller..

and instead he bought Off sales in defense...

  • Heard Bayern is also interested in Rafina from Schalke. Pls get him and also Neuer. I understand that Bayern does not need to go in debt to buy players, but we made over 300 million profit last season!!!! Plus we got more and more sponsers like Burger King. So the money is rolling in, and since we are in the champions leauge, there is more revenue as well. So it is ok to spend a bit more this season.

Remember folks, the 2011 Champions Leauge final is held at the Allianz Arena. Do you want another team winning it??? We need Bayern to be in the final so we the fans the 12th man, will support all the way to victory. But first they need a team worthy enough to get to the final. The Midfeild and Attack is great. The defense worries me. Based on the players we have, we might as well play 3-5-2, with Van Bommel and Tymoschuk helping the defence. Robben, Ribery and Schewni will provide the attack backup for our 2 strikers.

You know this is the problem, you expect us to always win.

Life is not always about winning, you cannot run a major club by follow your own spending policy.

I'd love to see what would Real Madrid administration's reaction if they don't win the CL.

besides hoeness made it so clear that the teams objective is to get the bundesliga and the pokal.

the CL isn't a priority as much as reaching the elite 8. This is the objective for this term.

You need to get serious and back to the reality if you want to be a winner.

I, for example support west ham and FCB. you may think to yourself "who the fuck is west ham, they are a-nothing-club." well to me, both West ham and FCB they mean the world.

and westham are building up a team to reach their objectives, but there are "in-the-process."

bayern are in the process too. you should be patient and be always your team's no.12 all the time, whether you win or lose.

I remember last year, when FCB lost against barcelona, i was in a pub, and I swear to god that I was the only FCB supporter in there, but I stayed 'til the final whistle, and I never left, because I am not a quitter, while everyone was mugging me off about my team's performance.

i'm not saying you should be like me, but what I am saying is, you should have faith!
