    I think Dortmund are strong but Wolfsburg & Hamburg are not quite at a level to push for the BL. Schalke will come good, I don't doubt that.


    Hopefully we can get our players back fit and push on and show the quality we have.

    for me its the 2nd best league in Europe, football is played quite fast just like in the english premier league, spanish league is also good but its only between real & barca for me ....

    True but for some reason the rest of theworld seem keen to watch the English league or the Spanish ??


    I prefer the BL to all lagues. Yes that could be portrayed as a biased opinion but for me you have the top two in Enland closey followed by Man City due purely to cash (hate that) and Arsenal, but the BL can be won by almost anyone and continually throws up surprises. The quality this year in the BL is really quite impressive and teh qualityy of football is really high.

    First this is a transfer forum. But since some of you have already started discussing about this subject. I will continue and share some of my views.


    In terms of attractiveness and competitiveness, Bundesilga is definitely the best league in Europe. However, in terms of quality, there is no doubt that we are still far behind the other major leagues. Except Bayern, there is no other teams who can challenege Champion League even for a quarter-final spots reguarly


    With improving TV fees and talents in Germany, Bundesilga hopefully can turn into a much better league in terms of having a few strong quality teams who can challenege the Champion League on a regularly basis

    the way i look at it bundesliga is the most competitive league, u can have promoted teams competing ith the likes of bayern, bremen wolfsburg ect
    huge goal tallies, because at the bundesliga attack is what we do.


    the only other league that i watch is the premeir league alot of talent there, the bundesliga is not at that level yet BUT at least our teams ar not in debt :D

    I agree Georgio. In fact I also think that the English league is being spiled by tactical decisions, everyone being ultra defensive. It's almost as bad as watching the SPL at times.

    Actually, only Neuer is better than Reina. Unless Neuer is willing to leave Schalke for a decent price (appro. around 10-15mil Euros), otherwise, I think Reina isnt a bad choice as he was proven to be one of the best goalkeepers in the world when he is on form. However, he is also bounded with mistakes once in a while

    Reina is a top class GK no doubt but in all honesty I think less the odd mistake, Butt is doing a decent job until we can entice a new younger GK

    I think Reina can play for us for the next 3-5 seasons, thats why he can be considered as one of the top transfers. However, we really need to fix our central defense and also our incapability to score

    Yesterday's defeat to Maniz showed our faliure to add on any new players to our squad which costs us dearly.


    I felt Bayern should have bought Ozil,Khedira and Van der Vaart despite knowing how Injury Prone Robben and Ribery are.These 3 players cost 30 million. If you ask me, that is a bargain.



    We should also should have strengthen our defence but we failed to so and we are right back where we are at the start of last season. I don't know if we can recover back to repeat last season's achviements esp when our main rivals at home and in Europe just got more stronger.


    Pls realise that every season we need to buy new players, not only to imporve our squad but bring even better performance from the current team so that they can earn their starting 11 spot. We seemed to take 2 steps backward after going a step forward last season


    The team deservered to get booed by the fans. It is a terrible display and all my 15 yrs of supporting Bayern, that is one of the worst performances i have ever seen.A Bayern side lacking defensive qualities and could not put away our chances. How can we lose at home to Maniz?? I am still wondering.

    Out of the three players that you suggested- I would consider getting either Ozeil or VDV and Khedira, but I wont get three of them. But in fact, what happening to us this season, I have already predicted in the summer because last season, Van Gaal was lucky enough to pull it off by introducing the like of Mueller and pulling the best out of both Olic and Robben. However, as Bundesilga fans know that Olic cant play this similar and that effectiveness of football forever. In addition, Robben and Ribery also very likely to get into injuries throughout the entire season


    I think our failure of this season comes down to two main reasons- Van Gaal's tactic and stubborness and the board's unwillingness to invest
