    Exactly. We definitely have the capability to do that as we didnt spend a dollar last summer. After selling Ekici for 5mil Euros, we would have around 70mil Euros to spend. So far, we have only spent Neuer(18);Rafinha(5.3) and Peterson(2.8). In total, it is around 26mil Euros. Therefore, we could afford to bring in Boateng(15mil Euros); Vidal (12.5mil Euros) and Nasri (25mil Euros). In return, we could sell Pranjic and Contento for 8mil Euros combined.

    I dont think so. Bendtner isnt cheap. He probably will sell for somewhere around 10mil Euros plus. If that is the case, why dont we just sign another central defender like Alex which costs the same and is probably more needed than another central striker who will play behind Gomez and Olic in terms packing order.

    In addition to that, we should also go for a quality winger... Mourinho will probably sell either of Higuain and Benzema if he signs Aguero this season... We must proceed for that option...

    Even if Real Madrid doesnt sign Aguero this summer, they could still let go of either Higuain or Benzema or even both as Mourinho is planning to change his formation to 4-3-3 which allows Sahin to play first team football but that would scrafice Di Maria's starting role. So Di Maria, Kaka and possibilly Benzema will play backup role

    saw bayern might be intrested in pedro leon from real,i think if we manage to get arturo vidal then we jsut have to strenghten our substitutes !! its not wise to gave a galaxy of stars in the starting formation and no such backup for them,


    i think bayern`s choice should be either "old" players which LOTS of experience that can change the game at one poiint or another, OR young players which have promising talent ;-)

    Exactly, but again, I dont think Leverkusen will sell Vidal to Bayern as they are only keen on selling Vidal to overseas club, which is another a bumper for Bundesilga after seeing Ozeil, Khedira, Sahin and now Vidal leaving.

    Just following on above comment, the saddest thing is that Man Utd earlier signed Phil Jones, a 19 years old defender, for £17m (19.5mil Euros) who hasnt even played a match for the England national team as well as an upper table team in Premiership. In comparsion, we have sold Germany's best attacking winger, Ozeil, in decades to Madrid for 15-17mil Euros who had shown himself in the WC for Germany national team as well as a few seasons at Werder Bremen, a Bundesilga Champion League team. For that price, we could easily have bought Sahin (the best central midfielder in Bundesilga last season) and Reus (one of the most exciting winger in Bundesilga for the past two seasons).


    So I am saying that Bundesilga clubs are selling their players too cheaply and thats why our European competitors are willing to grab quality from Bundesilga every single season. If thats the case, Bundesilga will never be able to compete with either Premiership or La Liga.

    There's no use lamenting over the bygones now friend.. The transfers of Özil and Khedira was much objected that time.. But what to do now..??


    Guys seriously talking, I don't know what the Bayern authority is thinking about the shopping, but Christian Eriksen will be a very good option for us... I think we actually need an midfielder like him now... We should go a bid for him... Our authority should think of him once... If Vidal is not joining, Schweini-Eriksen in midfield will be a really good one..

    Yes you're quite right... We are selling our players so cheaply... And the Premier league players are always sold at such a sky-high price that they don't deserve... :x this is the fact that many English players have always been hyped... In that perspective, I would say that Asian players are very cheap despite having excellent qualities...


    Sahin was also a good option but we missed it.. I think there are still many excellent players in Bundesliga who can be of 1st grade in time... and therefore perhaps, you never know, Petersen (whom we already have) can become a fantastic forward......................................

    I am pretty sure that every writer has their own preference but again, I think some of the comments are fair when we are paying 35mil Euros for Gomez, 18mil Euros for Neuer and 15mil Euros for Gustavo. Lets be real. They are all great players.


    Gomez sold for Bundesilga's record transfer price when he was only second flop to Klose in national team in 2008/2009 season. Although Gomez did well in Stuttgart, he didnt succeed in a title competitive team. 35mil Euros seems aggressive for me. Being fair, he is probably worth around 20-25mil Euros at the max at that moment


    Neuer is worldclass but with one year contract left, Bayern paid 18mil plus 7mil Euros for performance (total of 25mil Euros) for a goalkeeper when all the star attackers are sold for less than 17mil Euros namely Ozeil, Khedira, Sahin etc to others. In addition, everything being equal, goalkeeper is worth a lot less than defender, which is worth less than midfielder and striker.


    Gustavo hasnt even proven himself at Hoffenheim although he was only one of the bright spots. When Sahin and Vidal (two of the best central midfielders in Bundesilga for 1-2 seasons) are sold under 15mil Euros. I must wonder if Gustavo is an expensive purchase

    Yes, but with one year contract left? 25mil Euros is quite a big sum for any player


    Beside, Bayern looked like could be signing D. Milito if Boateng's deal falls through. I think is a step backward as Milito is basically a huge reserve at Barcelona. He doesnt get to play even when Puyol was injuried last season. And we want to sign him to be a first team player.


    If thats the case, how can we be able to beat Barcelona or Real Madrid in anytime soon?

    If Bayern thinks Boateng is too expensive, maybe we could look into Bruno Alves, Rolando, Alex etc. Those are much better alternatives to Milito

    Hey Milito is a very bad option for us... is Bayern authority out of it's mind?? !!!!


    Boateng is not too expensive... the contract can be signed within 15-16 million.... and we must get Boateng... many chances we missed so far... now we should take a possitive step forward to sign Boateng.
