He is a great player no doubt about it and he will help Bayern a lot in the coming seasons.
I think Bayern can really repeat the treable. Did you see how fast they accepted and learned Pep's ideas ?
If they keep this tempo up only bad luck can stop them. -
he is really a talent, my prob is what happens when Alcantara is fit, who will have more playing time between them ?

I think Pep prefers Alcantara...I think Gotze is better but Pep will give more time to Alcantara..
This is just my opinion -
i think Alcantara will fight for his place with Kroos, Martinez and Schweinsteiger. Gotze plays in attack positions where have to fight with Muller, Robben, Ribery and Mandzukic.
