hello, I created an inquiry for the game Bayern vs Arsenal however I just received an e-mail saying I can't get a ticket as there are no tickets available. When I created the inquiry I was told to add a credit card so I did, and I got an e-mail sending me an invoice for the offer I made. Now that I didn't get a ticket have I lost my money? Or the transaction takes place only if you have received a ticket?
Sorry I've never tried to get a ticket again and I can't seem to find my question anywhere in the terms of condition so anyone with similar experience is welcome to explain.
