    well, i have dispute with every body who says X is a good player, Y is a bad player. Swieni is the best player ever!!! ok, although its not correct, but in the whole season what did he do to Bayern? in two games in Euro 2008 what did he do to Germany!! in the first game he went in and in a minute he got a yellow card for a stupid foul, and in the 2nd game he went in and got a red card for a more stupid foul!!! while his team was losing. so he is a bad player!!! look at podolski, he was so bad with bayern in the last season (thats what every one says, but i would say he didnt have the opportunity to show himself in the rightway!!! dont expect that 10 minutes in each game would let him do sth!!! even with the national team he didnt do that good, and suddenly he is the only goal scorer we have!!! in the end, PODOLSKI IS A TORMACHINE! SWIENI IS A CARD MACHINE, AND A TROUBLE MACHINE!!! dont look back to their history and compare, look at the last 3 games, and compare what each one has done for his national team!!! if some would say that swieni is completely unlucky, i would agree, but we need to win, win, and win, and without luck, u cannot win!!! swieni is completely not fit and not successful and not lucky, not because he is a bad player!!! but because ............ i hope somebody can answer why!!!</span><br>-------------------------------------------------------

Obviously, even if we play Ottl in the middle, we dont concede much goals either. Does that mean that he is a worldclass defensive midfielder then? Secondly, if you have watched most of Bayern's matches this season, you really realize that Van Bommel plays much better when he marches forward as he is playing with Ottl. When he is playing with Ze Roberto, he tends to do more defensive work. And he is not so good at it, but he isnt bad either. But again, he wasnt brought up as a typical defensive midfielder. He have never played in this position in PSV, Barcelona nor Bayern in the first year. He is much better playing at Ballack's role. Put in some defensive work but also contributes more in attack. His shots from penalty box are one of his advantages, but he is unable to do that this season when he has to stay behind all the times. I prefer him playing on a more offensive role than a defensive one for sure. But same to Ze Roberto. Therefore, we need a typical defensive midfielder to fill in the gap.</span><br>-------------------------------------------------------
    I have to agree here.We have many problems especially when the opponent was counter-attcking.Neither van bommel nor Ze Roberto were able to stop counter-attacks.Most of the goals were conceded this way....
